SOTD: Un Jardin Apres La Mousson

Alright, I am officially going to say now that it is September, I am sick of summer. I am annoyed with the fact it is going to be 88 instead of the reported 77 from yesterday, I am more annoyed with fact that as the week furthers along that it is going to get into the 90's which in reality will most likely be the 100's, because the reality of the weather around here when it gets hot is that it is either the 80's or 100's. I want to break out my boots and bake ( I was planning apple blueberry muffins today, but the weather snuffed that one in the bud!). And I am going to say it now but I really hadn't looked at the picture all that closely till now. So in honor of the continuation of what I will now refer to as "beastly summer" I wear the much argued Un Jardin Apres La Mousson and I know this is going to sound really bad, but it reminds of a sophisticated watermelon jolly rancher, if that is possible. And yes I realize this whole entire post is completely silly.

Oh, now somebody is a little grumpy. What's a little heat wave when summer started off so cooly???

I must admit, I am soaking up every degree, putting them to the task of helping me with my denial. What, school start tomorrow???????

Sophisticated Jolly Rancher. Tee-hee. Must be the cracked peppercorns. ;)

In California summer is the longest season, the worst part though is the weatherman for some reason seem to think it is amazing when it is sunny in California in the summer, and keep on beaming their horrible smiles when they say it is going to be 90, as though it is shockingly amazing, in the summer. Okay, I a bit grouchy, but you would be annoyed with the weatherman too. And school already started for me last week, ack

You're allowed to be grouchy. :)

Nice (new) art!

Hope the Jardin Apres Le Mousson is helping!

I'm a big fan of un jardin sur le nil in hot weather. I've tried the Mousson and wasn't wild about it but think it is one that i need to try a few times in different weathers- and I love the elephants on the box (the hermes packaging is always very enticing though isn't it)

Well yesterday actually didn't get as hot, in fact it was gorgeous. I'm playing around with the look of my site.

Hermes really does have gorgeous packaging. Mousson so far is the best one out of the Jardins for me (I wanted to love the first two but something was off).
