The cooking continues...

So March shall officially be known as the month of risotto, since my last posting on risotto I have made risotto twice, did a repeat of Nigella Lawson's Lemon Risotto, and then just this last week I made Nigella's Chedder Risotto which can be found here: which was quite yummy liberally dosed with valentina hot sauce, yet while eating it I couldn't help but think about baconing it up. Next time I'm making some crispy bits of bacon to go on top of it. In the continuation of my rice love I also tried out a recipe for saffron rice pudding; the flavor was good, but I didn't like the texture, the quest continues... Also, if you are like me and rather enjoy making fresh homemade bread, I offer you this awesome whole wheat recipe from This dark bread has gorgeous sweetness and flavor from molasses that is perfect for butter or cream cheese, love the scent of it toasting, and did I mention it is super easy?
And I finally tested out a chocolate pudding recipe i have been wanting to try for ages Incredibly rich and exotic, highly recommended to those you love 340 Phinney's Coconut Curry bar and Vosges Naga bar.
