SOTD: Les Nuits d'Hadrian

Summer heat has arrived and I am reaching for something utterly soothing: Les Nuits d'Hadrian. The scent is cool herbs, citrus rind, and incense; what suprises me the most is that this doesn't get more love, I find it utterly beautiful.

Maybe because like most Goutals it is subtle, although that does not mean it is coy. Far from it.
The serenity is well depicted in the image you chose. Lovely!
Hope you're having a good start of the week :-)

ah yes- i appreciate this as a beauty although I prefer it's less complex sister Eau D'Hadrien on me.

I am drenched in lemon scents today because it's suddenly it's HOT

Helg, Goutals are subtle, I wonder if that is why I like them? Although considering my first Goutal was Songes that isn't necessarily true. Glad you like the image.

Rose, I think Goutal is one of the few who gets lemon scents right.

I love this scent and will continue to buy it wherever I can. Apparently Neimans no longer carries it...
