SOTD: Silken Yuzu

I have a lot cleaning to get done today with a few errands, so going with the vibrancy of Silken Yuzu, and later on in the sensuality of Songes. The weather is hopelessly gorgeous.

SOTD: Spun Orange Blossom, Silken Yuzu, Smooth Sandalwood

This is insane it is going to be 7o something today, so the idea of warm and sweet is out the door. So going with a blend of my GAP oils it should make for a nice refreshing twist. So here are some fragrance musings:
-Fragonard's Grain de Soleil smells very similar to Fifi Chachnil, just wanted to put that out there to all the Fifi fans.
-The Badgely Mishka juice has not been tampered with tried a spray of it at Ulta, but I will point out to be wary of Sephora's lighting, also the stuff has one heck of intense drydown. Just not a fan.
-I want a good citrus and orange blossom.

And now for more The Pierces, "Turn on Billie"

SOTD: Vanille Divine des Tropiques, Spun Orange Blossom, Silk Yuzu

I want to feel like a fluffy cloud of summer sunshine considering I am once again working a Sunday. So I have come with the concoction of Vanille Divine des Tropiques, Spun Orange Blossom, and Silk Yuzu, so far very pretty with a nice little zing. To go with this sunshine feeling, Summersong by The Decemberists, featuring the city I live by, San Francisco:

SOTD: Pure Grace with GAP Silken Yuzu

Another long day almost done with paper and have one more project due for this class, but I can do it, on my second cup of tea. Will be highly caffinated today. So going with peaceful and energizing scent combo of Philosophy's Pure Grace and GAP Silken Yuzu oil. I will survive and can't wait to be done. Went with cranes today because they symbolize longevity, will later on put on an osmanthus scent also a symbol of longevity.

SOTD: Super Citrus Monday

So I realized that I haven't done any layers in a long time and that I really don't have any major citrus fragrances, so in honor of what will be a day of non-stop research reading, I present my layering experiment of: The Body Shop Pink Grapefruit body butter, Spun Orange Blossom by GAP, Silken Yuzu by GAP, and Delicate Sagemoss by GAP (all the GAP fragrances are a part of a layering kit a friend gave me). So far the combo is actually quite elegant.
